Depression: My Rawest Confession

I am not proud to say I was so depressed I wanted to end my life. But, that was my truth before I left the television business. I am sharing this story to show you the ugliness of depression. I want you to know that I understand. There are people out there who have or had it worse than me. My new mission is to help those people with my story, to encourage others to speak up, and find resources for those in need. That is one of the many missions of Good Girl Chronicles.
